Philippine Ultimate has grown so much in the last year that it has now evolved into individual club or teams with their own personalities, training venues and playing styles.

Though each team may still have a number of expat members, majority of them are now made up of local players, with ages ranging from 15-50. 

New players who wish to play in a PUA league must be part of a team. They can either join the draft pool at the start of each league. Or if there are enough numbers, start a new team on their own.
