2nd Manila Spirits International Tournament
Nov. 13-14, 2004
Manila Polo Club
Makati City, Philippines

It's back!
And it's gonna be bigger and better!

So why? Why? Why? Why are we mounting another Manila Spirits Open Tournament this year? Wasn't this supposed to be just a filler in the Asian Ultimate calendar?

Well, OBVIOUSLY,  we're doing this again 'coz we all had HUGE fun at last year's tournament! Manila Spirits is here to stay and this year's tournament promises to be bigger and a lot more exciting, with more competitive teams coming over to play and highly-improved local teams ready to take the foreigners on!

Coming from the Singapore Open in September 2004, we have seen the emergence of new Ultimate powerhouse teams that are ready for combat once again to prove just WHO is the mightiest disc squad in the region today. And the setting for this bloody battle is none another than Manila Spirits International Open Tournament 2004!

The Singapore Freakshow dynasty is preparing for a comeback. And our Big Brothers from Beijing are eager to be the next back-to-back champs of Asia. But not if Korea has any say in it (anybody smell kimchi?). Shanghai will be fighting to prove that it wasn't just homecourt advantage that won them their tournament, while Hong Kong is out to defend their title as last year's Spirit victors. And what of the Philippines' emerging squad of superstars - the Huck Rebellion? Or Asia's Beach Ultimate champs, the Boracay Dragons, who have learned to flick and fly since last year?

It's anybody's tournament, folks! And whether you're an Ultimate veteran, newbie or groupie, this is one hip happening tournament you shouldn't even dare to miss...

Oh...and our parties? Um, just clear your livers for the next few weeks...that's all the warning we can give you for now. So stay tuned!
