A tournament fee of *PHP1800 will be charged for each knight in ultimate gear wishing for a chance to slay the dragons. A tournament kit, two days of disc flying action, and three sandy parties in the dragons’ lair await all who dare take up the challenge.

Format and Rules:

 

1. Unless otherwise stipulated in these rules or at the captains' meeting, the BULA Official Rules of Ultimate will be followed.

2. Regular and Quarterfinal games will be 40 minutes long with a 11 point cap. Halftime will start after 20 minutes or when a team reaches 6 points, Inclusive of halftime break and timeouts.

3. Semifinal games will be 50 minutes long with a 13 point cap. Halftime will be at 25 minutes or when a team reaches 7 points. Inclusive of halftime break and timeouts.

4. Finals will be played with a 15 point cap. Halftime will start when a team reaches 8 points.

5. Each team will be permitted one 120 second time-out per half. No timeouts can be called during the last 5 minutes of each half.

6. When time is called, the current point will be played out. If the game is tied, a final universal point will be played to determine the winner.

7. The gender ratio of Boracay International Beach Ultimate is 3 men:1 woman, with a maximum of 3 men on the field.

8. Tournament format shall be discussed during the Captains' Meeting.
