Some reminders to ensure everyone's fun and safety during the Manila Spirits International Tournament

While the Manila Polo Club has generously allowed us the use of their spacious and luxurious field, we must remember that it is still a private club and we are merely borrowing their facilities. We must abide by all Club rules and regulations, including the following:
1. No metal spikes on the polo field. Footwear with metal spikes and the like that may cause damage to the field are strictly prohibited. (Plastic soccer or football cleats are welcome.) Likewise, any action or behavior that may cause severe damage to the field is strictly forbidden.
2. No loitering on the Club premises. This means that we must limit ourselves to the field and the bathrooms provided for us. The locker rooms, swiming pools, etc. are off limits and are exclusively for members.
3. No bringing in of food. As mentioned in the registration information, fruit and mineral water will be provided to all the players. Lunch, soft drinks, beer and snacks during the tournament must be purchased from the Club.
4. Absolutely NO LITTERING! Please, please, please be conscientious about where you throw your tissues, candy wrappers, cans, and especially CIGARETTE BUTTS!!! We wanna be invited back to the Manila Polo Club next year so give them no reason to think were barbarians who leave trash anywhere.
Other than these the only other rules are that you do your best, have fun, and be an ambassador for Spirit of the Game!
