re-ranking the teams, pool play will be followed by a cross-over game
where the #1 team in Pool A plays the #1 team in Pool B, the #2 team
in Pool A plays the #2 team in Pool B, etc.

Games will be 65 minutes long with a hard cap of 13 points.  Once time
is called, the last point is played out.  If the game is tied, a
universal point is played.

Each team will be allowed one 2-minute timeout per half, with a
5-minute halftime at 30 minutes.

DAY 2: Sunday, November 16

A new ranking will be generated at the end of the first day of
competition.  The teams will be divided into a 6-team upper pool and a
4-team lower pool.

Due to time constraints, there will only be 3 rounds of play on the
second day.  However, most teams will still get to play a minimum of 2
games on Sunday.

4 vs 5 = B

1 vs WB = E

2 vs WA = F

WE vs WF = FINALS (1st place)

7 vs 10 = C
