The Philippine Ultimate Association (PUA) is the governing body of all disc-related sports and activities in the Philippines. We are a non-stock, non-profit volunteer organization of enthusiastic Ultimate players who organize regular tournaments, training exercises and other activities for Ultimate players.

The application will be sent along with the Team Sunken Pleasure application for a single processing procedure for all disc players playing in this year’s Shanghai tournament
Email the following to karlafrancisco [at] yahoo.com:
- Name on passport
- Passport Number
- Passport Expiry Date
- Their birthday
- Flight Details (including flight number, airline, and flight schedule)
These requirements need to be in by May 6, 12 noon. Otherwise, you won’t be included in the tax exemption application. Thanks!
