Self Rating Criteria

VETERAN:

• Several years playing
• Very physically fit
• Accurate throws, almost never drops the disc
• Knows most, if not all the rules
• Knows several defensive and offensive plays
• Can play a position extremely well, or can play different positions

INTERMEDIATE:

• Couple of years playing
• Average physical fitness
• Semi-accurate throws, decent catches
• Knows enough of the rules to play a normal game
• Knows a few plays; such as a basic stack or zone

BEGINNER:

• Just started playing; or
• Not fit at all; or
• Throws still unsure, still getting used to catching
• Has heard of plays but never actually done them
• Not sure how to play different positions
